Edge pairing

1 case. Known 0, learning 0.

On a 5x5 an edge (tredge) is the middle edge and two wings. After solving the centres you join them into triples.

1. Freeslice: join the first 8 edges using the free slice (usually you join two wings to a middle edge and put the finished triple on the top or bottom).

2. Last 4 edges: join the last four edges in the middle slices, careful not to break the finished ones.

3. Last 2 edges (L2E): the last two edges have a few typical cases. If one edge is left with swapped wings, that’s Edge parity.

4. Then you solve it like a 3x3. On a 5x5 there is no PLL or OLL parity anymore.
